UKCP Registered Psychotherapist
Psychotherapist specialising in couple therapy, anger issues and anxiety. Although they might seem internal to us, I believe that many of our struggles, such as anger and anxiety are a function of our relationships, often with the people closest to us. What psychotherapy can offer is the possibility to transform our relationships by understanding how we relate to others and to ourselves and by learning new skills. This recovery can help us to develop trusting, loving and enduring relationships in which we can thrive, feel less angry, less worried and more able to choose our responses.
An initial meeting is a good opportunity to discuss what has prompted you to seek therapy and how I may be of help to you. I will encourage you to think of goals and what you would like to accomplish in the future. I believe that having a direction is crucial for good outcomes.
