UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist

About me

Many of us experience difficulties in maintaining our mental wellness. By reading this you are already taking the first step towards a more healthy and fulfilled life. I’m passionate about working with people who want to improve their mental wellness, having received many gifts myself from others throughout my own therapeutic journey. I will work alongside you to achieve your goals, through encouraging your curiosity around your relationship patterns and your way of being in the world.

I will provide a safe and confidential space for you, offering a holistic and relational approach. Whilst our sessions won’t dwell on the past, I’m able to support you to deal with past events that continue to impact you in your daily life. We will focus on supporting you to have a greater awareness of what is happening in the present. Together, we will identify other options or ways for you to respond to challenging situations.

Having worked many years in Development & Human Resources, I bring my comprehensive understanding of organisational and group behaviour to my work with clients. As an Assistant Tutor at Metanoia Institute (Gestalt Psychotherapy) and through undertaking trauma specialist training, my clinical practice is informed by the latest thinking in the field of Gestalt and Trauma.

Give me a call to discuss your particular circumstances and how we could work together.
