I will approach you with empathy, understanding and genuine interest. I am passionate about Psychology and dedicate myself fully to helping you overcome your challenges.
Our time will be dedicated entirely to you. I offer you a safe space and time to be listened to, in a nonjudgmental way and always uphold full confidentiality.
As a Clinical Psychologist, everything I do is backed by science. I am able to tailor the most appropriate evidence-based approach to suit your individual needs. Together we will agree on a care plan that might include: CBT, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness (MBCT) Systemic Therapy, Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT), Dialectical-behaviour therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Making sense of how your difficulties came to be, we will develop the necessary strategies for you to move forward. The aim is for you to end therapy with the necessary knowledge and skills of how to live a more balanced and self-fulfilling life, which should last a lifetime.
For over a decade, I have worked in a wide variety of clinical settings. My practice has covered many different countries. Ranging from Belgium, Germany to the Americas and the UK. Since joining the NHS as a registered Clinical Psychologist I furthered my expertise by working with clients presenting with moderate to severe mental health difficulties. Working as a core member of multidisciplinary teams and surrounded by exemplar colleagues, I gained invaluable experience in the clinical field.
I divide my work between the NHS and the private sector. Having worked in Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) as well as Adult settings (CMHT), I am familiar with working with family dynamics as well as individuals. I work with individuals from across all age ranges, with additional co-morbidities. My expertise revolves around helping clients overcome what can often be described as entrenched difficulties.
I have extensive experience in working with anxiety, panic, phobias, OCD, and depression and have a special interest in trauma-focused work.

Master in Science of Psychology, 2012 (HCPC registered)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprogramming level 4, 2016 (EMDR Europe).
