About me

Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? Are you looking for change? As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, we will uncover how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing your present challenges. Together, we can work towards greater self-awareness, clarity, and meaningful change.

I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, supporting a range of emotional and mental health concerns. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, or simply feeling lost, therapy can offer a space to make sense of your experiences.

I offer both short-term (12 weeks) and open–ended therapy, with the opportunity to explore your current issues and gain insight on a once per week basis.

Training and qualification

I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and completed my professional training at WPF Therapy, a UKCP, BACP and BPC accredited course. My background is in mental health, with years of experience in psychiatric services as well as working with adults in my private practice.
