1. Who we are

This website is published by Therapport Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 10839965. Registered office: 6a Bessborough Place, London SW1V 3SG.

Therapport Limited provides consulting rooms to independent renters. We do not provide therapy ourselves. The practitioners listed on this site are self-employed and independent; they are responsible for their own clinical work and their own client relationships.

To arrange an appointment, contact a practitioner directly using the email address on their profile. The address above is for administrative and legal correspondence only and is not monitored for therapy enquiries.

Therapport Limited is the data controller for this website.

2. What we collect from visitors

We do not ask you for anything. This website has no contact form, no account sign-up, no newsletter and no comments. There is nothing to fill in, so we collect no name, address, telephone number or message from you.

Two things happen automatically:

Server logs, and nothing else. Our hosting provider records each request to the site, including your IP address, in the ordinary course of running the server. From those logs we produce monthly counts of how many times each page was viewed. We use this to understand which pages are useful, and to tell each practitioner how often their own profile page has been viewed.

We use no analytics service at all — no Google Analytics, no third-party tracker, no script that watches what you do. Nothing about your visit is sent to another company.

Our lawful basis for both is legitimate interests — understanding how the site is used, and keeping it secure and working. You can object to this; see section 7.

3. What we publish about practitioners

Each practitioner listed here has a profile containing their name, photograph, professional title and registration, qualifications, an email address, sometimes telephone numbers and a website, and details of how and with whom they work.

Practitioners write and maintain their own profiles, through their account with us. They choose what appears, including which email address is published. We publish it under our agreement with them, and they may remove their profile at any time.

We correct or remove profile content only where it breaches a professional or advertising requirement.

If you are a practitioner, the app you use to manage your profile and your room bookings is covered by a separate privacy notice, which explains what we hold about you as an account holder and for how long. This section covers only what appears publicly on this website.

4. Cookies

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics cookie, no advertising cookie, and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Videos. Some profiles include a short introduction video. These are served from this website, not from YouTube or any other video platform, so watching one contacts nobody but us and sets no cookie. Nothing downloads until you press play.

Maps. The map on our contact page is an image saved when the site was built, using data from OpenStreetMap. Your browser does not contact OpenStreetMap, or Google, to display it. If you follow a link to get directions, you leave this site and that provider’s terms apply.

5. Who else is involved

That is the whole list — one company. There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no content delivery network, no video platform and no form processor. Nothing on this site asks your browser to contact anyone else.

Where a provider is outside the UK, transfers are made under the safeguards required by UK data protection law.

We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and there is no advertising on this site.

You have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to our processing it, and to receive a copy. Because this site collects almost nothing, in most cases the answer for a visitor will be that we hold nothing that identifies you.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.

Complaints about a practitioner’s clinical work do not come to us. Each profile names the professional body the practitioner is registered with, and that body handles complaints about their practice.

We will update this notice when the site changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
