Telephone counselling

The telephone counselling is a practical and insightful way to access therapy. Based only on language and some non-verbal cues (e.g. tone or speed of voice) it enables effective treatment when physical contact is not possible or not advised. Telephone counselling, similarly to face to face counselling, requires an intimate and private space, but this can be done even while sitting in the car or in nature for remote locations.

If you start telephone counselling during the lockdown, your therapist may suggest moving the appointments to the practice in Pimlico if this is possible.
