Our practitioners
Some people come for a few months; others stay for years. What matters most is finding someone you feel able to talk to — and it’s fine to speak to more than one therapist before deciding.

Choosing
How to choose the right therapist
At Pimlico practice, we have highly-skilled, experienced professionals with recognised training and professional accreditation. All our therapists and counsellors have to provide credible references, professional documentation, and undergo a careful selection process.
We recommend looking at our therapists’ profiles to see which approach appeals to you most and sign up for an initial session. After the first session, check with yourself how you feel with the therapist. You do not have to make any long-term commitment at the first session.
Research shows that the effectiveness of the therapy depends more on the quality of the relationship with your therapist than on a type of therapy practised. So it is worthwhile taking time and making the right choice.
Making an appointment
There is no booking form here and no receptionist. Once you have found someone who seems right, contact them directly using the email address or telephone number on their profile.
They will often be with a client and unable to answer, so leave a message; they will get back to you as soon as they can.
