About me

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist and coach working with an integrative approach. I have experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, attachment issues, anxiety, depression, psychosomatic symptoms, and relationship challenges. My work is relational and embodied, focusing on how past experiences shape the way we feel, think, and connect with others in the present moment.

My role is to support you in making sense of your experiences, recognising what no longer serves you, and moving towards a life that feels more connected and aligned.

In my practice, I aim to strike a balance between challenge and support, creating a therapeutic space that encourages both self-exploration and change. Therapy is not just about talking—it is also about tuning into the body, recognising sensations, and understanding how emotions manifest physically.

I work with a diverse range of individuals and have particular experience supporting those from Gender, Relationship, and Sexual Diversity (GRSD) communities, neurodivergent individuals, and people from different cultural backgrounds. My approach considers not only individual psychological challenges but also the wider socio-political and cultural contexts that shape our experiences.
