About me

I am a fully qualified UKCP psychotherapist, counsellor and life coach with nearly 20 years experience. I work short term with a solution- focused approach and also long term, offering psychotherapy for a range of issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
I work predominantly in the 'here and now' offering a confidential space in which you can express, share and explore difficulties or anxieties relating to your personal , relationship or working life. I can help you identify and highlight areas which are causing you difficulty and help develop new ways of thinking, coping and behaving in order to deal with problems, pursue goals and manage the process of change.
For several years I have worked for organisations in West London which provide psychotherapy and counselling to clients, the majority of whom were referred through the NHS. I also have a legal and business background having worked in the City for 16 years before training as a psychotherapist and counsellor.
