About me

I’m an MSc-trained psychodynamic psychotherapist and counsellor, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

In my practice, I offer a safe, confidential, and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace, helping you overcome emotional difficulties and lead a more fulfilled life.

Who I Work With

I work with individuals aged 16 and over, offering support to people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Whether you're navigating early adulthood, midlife, or other stages of life, therapy can help you better understand yourself and find ways to cope with your challenges.

I have specific experience working with people in early adulthood (ages 18–40)—a time of transition and self-discovery—and I can help you manage the unique difficulties that often arise during this period.

I provide support for a wide range of issues, including:

  • Depression and anxiety
  • Suicidal thoughts and self-harm
  • Bereavement and loss
  • Trauma and emotional healing
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Gender, sexuality, and identity concerns
  • Pregnancy and fertility challenges
  • Performance anxiety
  • Career uncertainty and life direction

No matter what you're going through, I am here to support you in finding clarity and making positive changes.

My Background

Currently, I work in private practice after holding a full-time role with the NHS.

Previously, I worked as a psychotherapist at the University College London’s student counselling service, where I supported students through the stresses of academia, identity struggles, and mental health challenges.

What Is Psychodynamic Psychotherapy?

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is an in-depth, reflective form of therapy. Together, we will explore how your past, present, and unconscious thoughts and feelings may be influencing your emotional world.

Through this process, many people experience:

  • Greater self-awareness
  • Increased emotional resilience
  • A deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships
  • Improved confidence and a stronger sense of purpose

Therapy offers a confidential space where we can work together to better understand your personal journey and support you in making positive, lasting changes in your life.

Get in Touch

If you're considering therapy and would like to discuss your situation or start the process, I would be happy to hear from you.

Feel free to reach out via email or phone to arrange an initial session or ask any questions you may have.
