About me

My name is Ula and I am a UKCP/MBACP registered Gestalt Psychotherapist and Integratve supervisor . 
Since 2008 I have been working in various therapeutic settings with adults, children and adolescents. I have experience in working with adults with complex mental health needs, addictions, trauma, bereavement and pastoral support with children and young adults and have been working with families as well as children and young adults with Special Educational and Behavioural Needs.

I offer genuine, safe and supportive practice and as a Gestalt therapist I believe that inherently we have the capacity to creatively lead fulfilling and satisfying lives and that therapeutic journey can be one way to lead into well-being. 
 I was attracted to Gestalt psychotherapy as it deeply resonated with me : being relational , curious, courageous and embodied. I pay attention to the patterns that emerge in the therapeutic relationship and I believe that other relationships can be seen as keys to how we are and feel.

I continue to develop further my lifelong passion for learning through my interests in dancing, politics and meditation.

My professional background is in teaching ( English,R.E and Citizenship) and teaching training.
