Ula Sroda

UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist

About me

My name is Ula and I am a UKCP/MBACP registered Gestalt Psychotherapist. I have been working in various therapeutic settings with adults, children , and adolescents for the last eight years.

I have experience in working with adults with complex mental health needs, addictions, trauma, bereavement and pastoral support with children and young adults. I have been working with families as well as children and young adults with Special Educational and Behavioural Needs.
I offer genuine, safe and supportive (yet challenging at times, if need be) practice. I was attracted to Gestalt psychotherapy as it deeply resonated with me, being relational , curious and embodied. I pay attention to the patterns that emerge in the therapeutic relationship and I believe that other relationships can be seen as keys to how we are and feel.

As a Gestalt therapist, I believe that inherently we have the capacity to creatively lead fulfilling and satisfying lives and that therapeutic journey can be one way to lead into well-being.
I have more than 500 hours of CPD and I continue to develop further my lifelong passion for learning.

My professional background is in teaching ( English, Science, and Citizenship) and teaching training.

Although Therapport Limited, the owner of the practice, is thorough in checking the qualifications, insurance and professional registration of each of our practitioners, the relationship is ultimately between the client and the practitioner themselves. Therapport Limited provides space for clinicians and is not responsible for the clinical work they provide. Ula Sroda is a UKCP Accredited Psychotherapist, therefore the complaints should be direct to United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy.
