About me

I am a psychotherapist and coach working with individuals and couples in London and online. I’m a trauma-informed practitioner following many years of working with a wide range of traumas of all kinds from the everyday to the complex. I have worked in many public and private services such as addiction treatment centres, prisons, in domestic and sexual violence and abuse support agencies and with survivors of child sexual abuse. Today, I work in private practice only and I also run workshops and retreats

I work Integratively, relationally and somatically. Integratively means that I combine different therapeutic approaches and tools to suit your needs. Relationally means that we work collaboratively and that, principally, it is the therapeutic relationship itself that heals. Somatically means the body, and through embodied practices such as breathwork and focusing on the felt sense, we incorporate the body's experience into the healing process.

For couples work, I am trained in Imago Relationship Therapy and am a certified VITA (Vital and Integrated Tantric Approach) Sex, Love and Relationship Coach. I enjoy supporting couples who want to re-ignite their sexual intimacy after a period of disconnect. I often work with couples when there is trauma on one or both sides.

With individuals, I tend to work with trauma and relational issues and from a positive psychology mindset. I champion the concept of post-traumatic growth and how we can go from surviving to thriving, no matter what our background or what we've been through.
